Shipping & delivery information
We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs and timetable. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the items you order and your destination zip code. The shipping costs will be estimated when you check out on our website.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 in value. Orders that receive free shipping will be sent UPS Ground.

If the value of your order exceeds $200, we will require a signature upon delivery.

Fix My Blinds returns, exchanges & refunds policies
We offer a 30 day moneyback guarantee on all of our products. Original shipping charges are not refundable. On orders that receive free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

To return product, contact us at returns@fixmyblinds.com for a return authorization number. We will also give you the address to send your product to and instructions on how to make an exchange if necessary. Please include your order number in the email which can be found at the top of your packing slip.

Due to the increased costs associated with mailing packages, you may be charged an additional reduced shipping charge for exchanges.
