In the late nineties, our founder, Mike, worked as an on-site blind repairman. Completing some repairs in less than five minutes, he knew with the right parts and a little bit of knowledge, anyone can repair their own blinds. He went to work building a website that focused on providing parts and guides to help complete common repairs. Since then we have helped millions of people fix their own blinds.

No scripts, no sales teams, just blind repair experts. With an onsite training facility, we make sure our team has the tools and knowledge they need to provide clear and honest product support, descriptions, photos, and repair guides.
