Order Processing
Shipping Cuttoff Time
- Monday - Friday: 12 pm MT
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 pm MT will be processed and leave our facility the same day, but are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cutoff time, on weekends, national holidays, or on days we are closed will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Our order processing times and the date the order leaves our facility are not included in any estimated or guaranteed shipping times.
Occasionally, processing times can vary or be delayed. Please review some of the potential reasons for delays below.
- An incomplete or inaccurate shipping address or any requested changes made to your order.
- Items on backorder will be processed and shipped in accordance with our typical order processing times once the items are back in stock.
- On occasion, orders are processed on national holidays. Due to mail service closures, these orders will not leave our facility until the following business day. In these cases, the additional processing time is NOT included in the estimated or guaranteed delivery timing.
Order Cancellation Requests
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we do our best to provide fast processing times. If your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return eligible products for a refund. See the return policy.
Shipping Destinations
We only ship to addresses located within the United States, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and Australia.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping methods to the United States and all US Territories through US Mail or UPS. Our international shipping policy and methods can be found under International Shipping.
Most orders shipping to the U.S. over $150 will qualify for free economy shipping. Orders containing wands do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that the total order amount is calculated before tax and after discounts are applied. Orders that receive free shipping will be sent at our discretion via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping methods can be selected at checkout at their current pricing.
Our minimum standard shipping and handling cost for most orders starts at $7.99.
Shipping costs are calculated by the product weight and length, shipping address, and associated handling costs. In some states, we are required to collect state sales tax on shipping costs. The full list of states can be found under Tax.
A shipping quote, including any applicable state sales tax, can be calculated at checkout once your product has been added to the cart and your full shipping address is entered. The shipping quote may change if items, quantities, or the shipping address is changed prior to completing your purchase.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped in a padded envelope or corrugated box. Each package will include tracking information that will be emailed to you on the day the order is processed.
All shipping costs, including any applicable state sales tax, are non-refundable for any shipping method that is not guaranteed.
Shipping methods that are not guaranteed only show estimated delivery times. Estimated delivery times are shown for guideline purposes only. Delivery on non-guaranteed methods can be delayed for a variety of reasons. In some rare situations, orders can take 15 or more business days to arrive. If you have any concerns about the status or tracking of your order, please contact us.
Any refused order that does not arrive back to us is ineligible for a refund.
Please contact us if you selected a guaranteed shipping method that was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time frame. Some shipments within Alaska and to Hawaii may require additional time in transit.
Domestic Shipping Methods USPS (US Mail)
US Mail - Ground Advantage (Formerly US Mail - First Class)
- Estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days.
- This method is not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific date. In some cases, it can take longer than fifteen (15) business days to arrive.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
US Mail - Ground Advantage Oversized (for orders containing wands)
- Estimated delivery time is 7-25 business days.
- This method is not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific date. In some cases, it can take longer than twenty-five (25) business days to arrive.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
US Mail - Priority
- Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are based on the distance between our locations.
- This method is not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific date. In some cases, it can take longer than ten (10) business days to arrive.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
US Mail - Priority Oversized (for orders containing wands)
- Estimated delivery time is 4-15 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are based on the distance between our locations.
- This method is not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific date. In some cases, it can take longer than fifteen (15) business days to arrive.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
US Mail - Express
- Guaranteed delivery time is 2-3 business days. This service does not include Saturday deliveries.
- This method is guaranteed to be delivered within three business days following the date it leaves our facility. Please review our order processing information for details that can affect delivery timing.
- Some shipments within Alaska and to Hawaii may require additional time in transit.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
UPS
UPS - Ground
- Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.
- This method is not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific date and delivery dates can change over the course of shipment. In some cases, it may take longer than 6 business days to arrive.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
UPS - 2nd Day Air (Currently Unavailable)
- Guaranteed delivery time is 2 business days.
- This method is guaranteed to be delivered two business days following the date it leaves our facility. Please review our order processing information for details that can affect delivery timing.
- This method includes tracking information that will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.
UPS - Next Day Air
- Guaranteed delivery time is one 1 business day. This service does not include Saturday delivery.
- This method is guaranteed to be delivered one business day following the date it leaves our facility. Please review our order processing information for details that can affect delivery timing.

Order Tracking
All orders will be shipped with tracking information. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available from the shipping carrier.
Backorders
We work hard to maintain accurate inventory levels. On the rare occasion that a product sells out before your order is processed, your order will be placed on backorder. Most backorders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes; however, you must select a US Mail shipping method.
Order Cancellation Policy
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we do our best to provide fast processing times. If your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return eligible products for a refund. See the return policy above.
Delivery Problems
If your order and products were damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within ten (10) days of the carrier's delivery date.
Tax
We are required to collect state sales tax in some states. If you are shipping an order to AR*, AZ, CO**, DC*, FL*, GA*, HI*, IL*, IN*, IA, KS*, KY*, LA*, ME, MD, MI*, MN*, NE*, NV, NJ*, NC*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SD*, UT, VA, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY, we are required to collect state sales tax on all products purchased. States with a (*) notation also require tax to be collected on shipping costs.
Tax-Exempt Customers
For tax-exempt orders, please contact us prior to placing an order. We need a copy of your tax exempt certificate, resellers license, and W-9 to set up a tax-exempt account. You may email your paperwork to us at service@fixmyblinds.com.
International Shipping
We only offer international shipping to Australia. We do not ship to any other country. Shipping methods for orders being shipped to US Territories or US addresses can be found under Domestic Shipping.
Free shipping is not available on any orders being shipped outside of the US.
A shipping quote can be calculated on the shopping cart page once your product has been added to the cart and prior to filling out checkout information. The shipping quote may change if items, quantities, or shipping address is changed prior to final checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs applied at checkout are calculated by the product weight and length, order subtotal, and shipping address. We carefully package and ship all orders in a padded envelope or an appropriately sized box.
The shipping and handling price applied at checkout only covers our cost for shipping and handling fees associated with the order leaving our facility. Duties, taxes, and additional fees applied by the destination country are NOT included in our shipping and handling costs.
Order processing times and the date the order leaves our facility are not included in any estimated delivery times.
Orders may be delayed by customs. We recommend contacting customs directly for updates and information. Once the order has cleared customs, it will be delivered through your local postal carrier. In some extreme cases, international shipments can take up to eight (8) weeks to arrive.
International Shipping Methods
GlobalPost Standard
- Estimated delivery time is 3 - 6 weeks. This varies greatly depending on the destination and customs processing times. In some cases, orders can take longer than 6 weeks to arrive.
- Door-to-door tracking included.
- This method is not guaranteed to be delivered on any specific date.
International Duties, Taxes, and Fees
All duties, taxes, and additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees due beyond the shipping and handling costs paid to Fix My Blinds when the order is placed. Our shipping and handling costs do NOT include any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country or local postal service. Our shipping and handling price applied at checkout only covers our cost for shipping and handling fees associated with the order leaving our facility. Duties, taxes, and fees are NOT calculated or collected at checkout.
Duties and taxes are typically determined by and paid to the destination country. Additional fees may be applied by the destination country or local mail courier. These fees are sometimes referred to as brokerage fees or ancillary fees and are dependent on the destination country, border services, and local mail courier policies.
Any unclaimed or refused orders returned to us may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, and postage due. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
Any unclaimed, refused, or returned order that does not arrive back to us is ineligible for a refund.
Any shipping and handling costs paid to Fix My Blinds are non-refundable.
Any duties, taxes, and fees collected by the destination country or local mail courier cannot be refunded by Fix My Blinds.

Customs
Customs processing can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Your local customs or border services office should contact you if there are any delays or additional information needed for your order.
Once an item reaches customs, we are unable to provide any information or status updates on your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office with any questions.
In some cases, you may need to provide additional invoice information. To obtain a copy of your invoice, please log in to your account on Fixmyblinds.com or contact us, and we will send you a copy.
Currency
All pricing on fixmyblinds.com is in U.S. Dollars. You will be billed in your local currency at the current exchange rate. Additional currency exchange rate fees may be applied by your financial institution. Please contact them directly for more information.
