Most orders ship the same day if you place an order before 1pm Central Time. Please note that orders only ship on business days. Order placed on weekends, national holidays, or days Fix My Blinds chooses to observe national holidays, will ship the following business day. Orders paid for by check or money order will ship the business day after payment has been received.
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives to you quickly and safely. Please confirm your shipping and billing addresses before submitting your order. An incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid shipping address may delay your order’s processing time.
Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders
Free shipping is available on most orders over $100 in value being shipped to any of the 50 United States. Orders that receive free shipping will be sent by our discretion via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If the value of your order exceeds $200, it will ship via UPS Ground with a signature required upon delivery. All items in your order must have the free shipping icon displayed on their product page for your order to qualify for free shipping. Orders shipping internationally or outside of the 50 United States do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping prices start at $4.99 (US Mail – First-Class) for most orders under $50. We also offer a variety of additional US Mail and UPS shipping options. Shipping prices are calculated by the item weight, subtotal, and the zip code of the shipping address. The final shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Shipping prices include shipping and handling.

All orders will be shipped with tracking information. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available from the shipping carrier.
We work hard to maintain accurate inventory levels. In the rare occasion that product sells out before your order is processed, your order will be placed on backorder. Most backorders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes; however, you must select a US Mail shipping method.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Please keep in mind we do our best to provide fast processing times. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled, you may return eligible products for a refund. See return policy above.
