Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on most of our products. If a product is not eligible for a return or exchange, it will be stated on the product’s page. If you wish to return a product, we ask that you contact us at returns@fixmyblinds.com or call (719)597-0696 for a return authorization number. Please have your order number and the name or product code of the product(s) you wish to return.

  • If the product has been used or modified in any way, then a refund or exchange cannot be issued.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning products to Fix My Blinds.
  • Orders that receive free shipping, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns and exchanges are usually inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt. If a refund is due, it will be issued within 7 days of receipt of products.
  • You may be charged an additional reduced shipping charge for exchanges.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Please keep in mind we do our best to provide fast processing times. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled, you may return eligible products for a refund. See return policy above.
