Return Policy
Eligible products can be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase.
Cordless shade motors, transmissions, and garage sale items are not eligible for a return. Return eligibility can be found under the Additional Information section on each product page.
Most products can be returned as long as they are in their original, unused condition and are eligible for return. Return eligibility for each product can be found under Additional Information on the product page.
All returns need to have an RMA number assigned prior to returning products.
Once the RMA number is provided, please mail your return to us within seven (7) days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, and fees for international orders. Return shipments sent with postage due will be refused and returned to the sender.
Refund amounts will be for the cost of the products returned to us and any state sales tax collected on those items. Any shipping costs paid to Fix My Blinds are non-refundable, including any state sales tax collected on the shipping costs.
Orders that receive free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If your order and products were damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within ten (10) days of the carrier's delivery date. We appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
How to Return Products
Email us at returns@fixmyblinds.com for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.
We’ll need your order number, the SKU(s), and the quantities you’d like to return.
If you’re still looking for a replacement part, let us know or include a picture with your RMA request. We're happy to help identify the correct parts for your blinds.
Order Cancellation Policy
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we do our best to provide fast processing times. If your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return eligible products for a refund. See the return policy above.
