Return Policy

Products can be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase.

Products can be returned as long as they are in their original, unused condition, and are eligible for return. Return eligibility for each product can be found under Additional Information on the product page.

All returns need to have an RMA number assigned prior to returning products.

Once the RMA number is provided, we ask that you mail your return to us within seven (7) days.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes any duties, taxes, and fees for international orders.

Refund amounts will be for the cost of the products returned to us. Any shipping costs paid to Fix My Blinds are non-refundable, this includes any state sales tax collected.

Orders that receive free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method if the return is received within 60 days of the purchase date. After 60 days, the refund will be issued by a mailed check.


If your order and products were damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within ten (10) days of the carrier's delivery date. We appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

How to Return Products

Email us at returns@fixmyblinds.com for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.

We’ll need your order number, the SKU(s), and the quantities you’d like to return.

If you’re still looking for a replacement part, let us know or include a picture with your RMA request. We're happy to help identify the correct parts for your blinds. 

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Please keep in mind we do our best to provide fast processing times. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has shipped and cannot be canceled, you may return eligible products for a refund. See the return policy above.
