Lifting & Lowering Problems

Cellular shade lifting and lowering problems

The lift cord that raises and lowers the blind is broken.
The shade goes up unevenly.
My shade won’t stay locked in the position that I want it to.
When I raise and lower my shade, the bottom rail is uneven.
The strings are too short, and I cannot reach them to pull the shade up.
When I raise the bottom rail up, the floating rail creeps up on one side.
Only one operation is broken on my Top Down/Bottom Up. Do I have to restring both operations?

Fabric Problems

The cell on my shade are separating or becoming unglued. What type of adhesive can I use to fix this?
The fabric is torn. Can I replace just the fabric?

Mounting Problems

My painter/window replacement contractor took my shades down and threw away the brackets.
When I raise and lower my shade, the back rubs up against the wall, trim or glass.
